We work with organizations and businesses to create long-term change focused on building strong foundations of relationship within the organization, normalizing conversaiton and difference around oppression, and then building anti-racism work from there.
DISRUPTING OUR WHITENESS: EMBODIED
This cohort builds off of the relationship building skills of Disrupting Our Whiteness and centers daily practicing anti-racism. Our fear of interrupting or saying the wrong thing often leads us to say nothing. This makes more harm and labor fall on People of Color. Practice is a CRITICAL part of getting our anti-racism in our bodies.
