WORKSHOPS

One of our most effective and custom programs. We cater to your specific trauma stories and needs to build resilience and connected, supportive relationships around ending racism together.

1-ON-1

Singing together is one of the most important ways we connect that actively contradicts what white supremacy has taught us. People who are told they “aren’t singers” are especially encouraged to attend.

SONG CIRCLES

DEEP DIVES

We offer smaller, more intimate workshops of 3-12 people where we can explore a specific topic around Reaching for Blackness and the stories and hurts you bring around this topic.

FACILITATOR TRAINING

Learn how to ask your own questions, organize your own events, emphasise song and embodiment, and facilitate in a way that disrupts racism rather than adds to it. Build relationship for life.

PARENTING
PROGRAM

Parenting is one of the most important types of activism we do, right in our living rooms, raising children. We cannot do this alone, yet parenting can be a very isolating experience. Get support educating the next generation to fight racism.

DISRUPTING OUR WHITENESS

White people learn to reach for other white people, and provide each other with support and strategy around undoing racism. We seek to connect rather than shame and blame. We disrupt the idea that we need to do this perfectly our first try, to do this work alone.

DISRUPTING OUR WHITENESS: POPUPS

This cohort builds off of the relationship building skills of Disrupting Our Whiteness and centers daily practicing anti-racism.

Join us for 4 weeks of connection, questions, scenarios and role play as we grow in holding more complexity and being more human with each other. This cohort will be centering experiences across race, gender, and sexuality.

YOUTH
MENTORSHIP

We support African heritage children and young adults in giving them the support they need when it comes to their financial, emotional, and spiritual experiences.

GRIEF TO ACTION

African Heritage and other identified POC (People of Color) come shelter and grieve with support and notice the wisdom that comes from releasing grief and rage in community.

THE CHRONICALLY UNDERTOUCHED (CUT) PROJECT

The Chronically UnderTouched (CUT) Project is the body of thinking born out of the development and tracking of the Chronically UnderTouched trauma story. It’s a movement supporting People of the Global Majority to access healthy, nourishing, platonic touch in a culture that, in the United States, denies it at every turn.
